vinification and aging

Vermentino is one of the few white grapes that have adapted perfectly to the climate of the Mediterranean To-scana. It loves the sea breeze and sunlight, and returns a savoriness and right acidity that result in an irresistible freshness.

Upon arrival at the winery, healthy grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. By pressing, different fractions of juice are obtained, each of which is cooled in order to promote natural decantation. The clear must is then poured into tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperatures. Thereafter, the wine follows no aging to maintain its ti-pic freshness and floral notes.


Straw yellow with greenish highlights.


Complex on the nose, with floral notes and hints of peach, flowers, sage and rosemary.


Persistent, broad and well balanced by mineral notes.


Ideal with chicken salad, fish dishes and appetizers.
