vinification and aging

The harvested grapes are immediately placed in temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation vats, the process then follows traditional winemaking methods. After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation takes place, so the wine develops a softer structure. Finally, we have a further stage of aging.

Complex, with multiple primary aromas of red fruit, wild rose, mint, black currant and licorice. Secondary aromas of resin and roasted coffee.

Intriguing flavor combining the sweetness of vanilla and cedar, verticalized by delicate acidity. Long ending.
