vinification and aging

The traditional winemaking method is carried out: perfectly ripe grapes are harvested and crushed. Fermentation then takes place at a controlled temperature and with prolonged maceration on the skins. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for at least one year.

Intense ruby red.

Intense notes of fruit, plum and blackberry bramble, with a slight hint of cherry followed by a characteristic scent of violets, strawberries and pepper.

taste

Red fruits mingle with sweet woody notes. Warm, beautiful texture is characterized by vigorous but delicate tannins.
