vino nobile di
montepulciano docg toscana

vinification and aging

The grapes used for this Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG Toscana are produced in the municipality of Montepulciano. After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and alcoholic fermentation begins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. With a minimum aging period of 24 months, this wine has a strong character and great aging potential.

Ruby red tending to garnet with aging.

Hints of currants and blueberries, accompanied by notes of violets and tobacco.

Full and soft on the palate, red fruits still return along with delicate notes of vanilla and tobacco. The wine is smooth with well-balanced acidity and tannins, which amplify its minerality and persistence.

Ideal for Mediterranean dishes, roasts, game and spicy cheeses.
