TOSCANA IGT
"LA CATTURA"

This Toscana has won high praise for its originality and freshness. The name of the wine was inspired by the annual capture of hares raised in the natural environment of the vineyards; it is an expression of organic farming that has renounced any product or procedure that harms nature, rediscovering the profound values of ancient farming procedures.

With notes of black berry fruit, with medium body and well-integrated tannins.

It goes well with traditional Mediterranean dishes.

grand noir

Grand Noir, once widespread and grown on the Provençal coast, is a rare grape of French origin that arrived in Tuscany in the early twentieth century. Today, thanks to research by Poggio al Casone's agronomic team, it is growing again in the hills of Crespina.

Characterized by a deep ruby red color with violet hues, the nose reveals spicy hints of pepper and wild fruits. Wine endowed with great harmony and freshness.

It goes well with Asian cuisine and light dishes.
