Made from Trebbiano grapes grown in the hilly section of Abruzzo region, on terrains sloping down towards the Adriatic Sea. Colour, light straw yellow. Bouquet, fresh and crispy wine, with hints of apple and wild flower in the aroma. Taste, dry and full of character with a distinct acidity on the palate.

Vinification and refinement

Made from Trebbiano grapes grown in the hilly section of Abruzzo region, on terrains sloping down towards the Adriatic Sea. Soft-crushed grapes and free-run must are processed at low temperatures. The clarification takes place at controlled temperature (14/15° C). The clean product is filtered and fermented at 16-18°C. When fermentation is perfect the wine is stored underground in tanks at a constant low temperature before bottling.

Colour: Light straw yellow.
Bouquet: Fresh and crispy wine, with hints of apple and wild flower in the aroma.
Taste: Dry and full of character with a distinct acidity on the palate.

 

Food pairings

Ideal with chicken fish courses and appetizers. Serve chilled

    We select our Montepulciano from hilly vineyards of the Abruzzo region, on terrains sloping down towards the sea. Intense ruby colour. Bouquet, ripe red fruit, violet, pink with liquorice spicy notes fruit and delicate flowery notes. Taste, robust warm-hearted glassful of black fruit, with a touch of wood smoke and tar.
