Everyone knows that wines that earn 90 points or more are truly superb wines. However, only a handful of wines ever earn the 90+ point distinction from the top wine raters: Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Robert Parker, etc.
The Burchino Estate covers approximately 37 hectares in the village of Terricciola, one of the best areas of the Pisan hills, in the Chianti area. The estate belongs to the Castellani Family since 4 generations; in the old cellar are still preserved documents of the early 1900s harvests.
This Chianti Classico is produced from specially selected Sangiovese grapes grown in the vineyards of Chianti Classico appellation, the most ancient Chianti area. Vivacious ruby red colour. Bouquet, fruity fragrance, hints of violet, cherry and wild red berries. Taste, full-bodied, dry and traditional, it becomes harmonious after at least one year of ageing.
Crowdfunding means to launch a campaign via Internet in which you seek sponsors before starting with the realization.
Last year, in fact, Piergiorgio Castellani has already participated in the first phase of this project also by providing the location in one of the estates; and now supports the final stages again through crowdfunding.
