"L'Antico di Burchino" in the prestigious Canadian "Vintages" catalog
Can a green approach make great wines ?
This is the question that the April issue of the prestigious Canadian "Vintages" catalog try to answer trough a super-selection of international organic wines made by the tasting panel of the Ontario Liquor Control Board.
And we are very happy to announce that our Chianti "L'Antico di Burchino", obtained from biological cultivated grapes, is one of the wines selected to answer to this important question.
Since the very beginning "l'Antico" has been one of the most intriguing challenge of our winemaking experience... trying to demonstrate that a true organic method permit to obtain not only better grapes from a self-sustaining vineyard but also a better wine with more finesse, longevity and character.
